Top Ten Tuesday- Friends-Style Book Descriptions

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly book blogging initiative hosted by The Artsy Reader Girl with new themes each week.

This weeks theme is supposed to be Books I’d Give Different Titles To but you may have realised I’m the kind of person who may find that a touch mean.

So in honour of the way that we often describe books when we can’t remember the title, I decided to pick one book at random from each of the last ten months of reading and describe it in the form of a terrible Friends episode title and no extra information!!

This was really hard so I had to close my eyes and point because I have read so many amazing books this year!!

  1. I love this take on the prompt! I haven’t read any of Andy Shepherd’s books yet which I really must rectify as I think I’d love them and they’d be great for a Year 4 class. I have Milton the Mighty on my TBR!

    1. Thank you so much! They would be brilliant for a Year 4 class as there’s lots of ‘cheeky’ humour about dragon poop everywhere that delights small children- or in Littlefae Case is appalled at how much baby dragons poop!!!

    2. I’m definitely going to get them this half term! I have a girl in my class who has brought me in the whole collection of Amelia Fang as she thinks I’d like them! I’m going to have a very busy, but enjoyable, reading week!
